Hello Tribal Members,
For those Tribal members who need to renew or obtain a new Tribal ID Card, you may now send via email a photo of yourself and your signature on white paper, no lines using dark ink. Be sure to include your full name, physical address, and ID #. Download both the picture ID and signature page and email to membership@wampanoagtribe-nsn.gov.
Reminder, if you change your mailing address and/or phone number, be sure to notify the Membership Office so we may update our records. This will ensure you are receiving the Toad Rock Times, important notifications, and mailings from various departments.
The Membership Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Should you have any questions or concerns, please call the Membership Office at (508) 645-9265, extension 105.

Enrollment in the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah) is based on the Gay Head 1870 Census.
Any person who can document their direct lineal descent from a specifically identified Gay Head Wampanoag Indian on the 1870 Census Roll of the Tribe shall be eligible for Membership.
Requests for a Membership enrollment packet may be submitted in writing or in person, accompanied by a $10.00 application fee; a non-refundable money order payable to “Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head, Aquinnah”, 20 Black Brook Road, Aquinnah, MA 02535
No person shall qualify for membership if they are a member of any other Tribe, band or Indian community unless they relinquish their membership in such.
It is the responsibility of the parents to enroll their children within six months of birth in order to receive any services of benefits from the Tribe. In all enrollment proceedings, the burden of proof is on the applicant.
