Provides real estate services for the purchase or leasing of land and permit compliance on behalf of the Tribe, including: planning/ development, purchasing, financing, regulatory compliance, title examinations, facilitate lease proceedings, negotiate right-of-ways, assess highest and best use, appraise land values, and maintain records and files.
